Grilled Lamb Chop Dinner

Grilled Lamb Chops
Giorgio Celmo

This Marinade is great for lamb chops only; I have tried it on other cuts of meat with little success. I usually buy loin chops from the butcher that are about an inch
thick. Two per person.

Marinade for 4 to 8 chops

¼ cup Ex-Virgin Olive Oil
½ Cup Maggies Seasoning (Its a liquid Brown Btl. 8oz)
¾ Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 or 3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary Coarse Chopped

In a large glass backing dish place marinade ingredients, stir well
Place chops into dish, spoon or flip chops by hand to well coated.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

Cook on the grill over medium high heat, don’t over cook!
About 3 minutes on each side, should be very pink on the inside.

Serve with boiled baby red potatoes, cut into quarters.
Add a little garlic while cooking. Toss with a little white pepper
A little milk and fresh graded Parmesan cheese.

Put asparagus in an oven safe backing dish, drizzle with Pomice olive oil
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and toss until well coated.
Bake in oven at 375 for 5 to 7 minutes.
